17th – 19th June
In todays day and age there is so much disconnection from both the natural world and our own inner calm that we find discerning the truth of what our path is and what matters is unbalanced and confused.
There are many of us who experience anxiety at the changes that are occurring and many who tuck their traumas and discomfort away into pockets within the mind and body in order to just keep functioning on a daily basis. These pockets can resurface when least expected and cause disruptions and our aim is to replace these pockets with confidence and ease on our daily journey.
At the retreat we invite those to unfurl or unravel with no apology and take time to reconnect to the wild soul that resides in us all, through energising chi kung that fires the body, Reiki and Neuro kinetic therapy to shift traumas, aches and pains, mindful photography to focus the head and open the eyes to the beauty of what is around us and nourishing food to alkalise the system and rekindle the joie de vivre in the spirit.
There are options of orienting for those that find meditation a challenge, as well as fun expeditions into the mind using ancient martial art techniques that are simple and instill a calm where decisions can be clearly made from.
